Thanks for submitting your complaint with the correct evidence I'll be looking into this and I appreciate your patience while I do so. I would like to remind you however that the contract forum is there for a reason and that a contract does not under normal circumstance become binding until "a staff member reviews the thread and locks it, binding the contract". In future you must use this forum. As it stands your screenshots are viable evidence. I will be waiting however until the user is again available to talk to before deciding on exactly what measures will be taken.
