Felon Username: alsvid Complaint: pretty much stealing from me Evidence: he posted a sign on my farm saying to mail him or lose it. I did and he just took away my perms to build. He never mailed back and just took the farm for no reason. It was worth 3k before building and probably around 5k completed. Yet, this qualifies as scamming. He took the land after I mailed him multiple times and still took it and later removed the land to make way for more land sales. I believe that this was not right and just flat out greedy. As you can see, obviously saw the mail and did not reply or care. First of all, I took down the plot and put all of his materials in a chest for him. The chest was empty the next day so I used my investigator feature and noticed that Pilotgeorge had taken his materials. Therefore I did not steal his items. He deems that I removed his plot to make some room for more land sales, this is not the truth. I removed his plot because I am planning to turn this town into a farm town. And fyi, he did not mail me in time. He was 2 days late. You can ask TopicDogg if you do not believe me. And finally, I like to add something to this complaint, he has treated me unrespectful for the past two days. He sent me some very disturbing mails. (see http://i.imgur.com/AazqTqn.png). I would also like to add a link to the previous complaint he posted. RyanJF1 clearly stated that what I did was not against any server rules. I can confirm this is true. alsvid and I had Easterbreak for 2 weeks and during the first week he told me he wanted to make the town into a farm town. As you can see in pilotgeorge's first screenshot the screenshot was made on the 16th of april which is over 7 days after he was asked to mail alsvid. -TopicDogg
Ok,I know im not ment to post but ,'I am willing to give pilotgeorge a free plot in my town to live in , I understand the difficulty for him so I am willing to give him a free plot,if that helps anything . **If you consider this unesasary I am sorry for posting )
Judging from the evidence provided to me he did not break any rules here and let you obtain your items which you did take. So there was no theft that took place here, although the loss of your plot is unfortunate, he was within his limits to do what he did in the way that he did it. On the matter of how you responded back to Alsvid in his mail, if Alsvid wishes to file a complaint about this he may. No action taken. Locked Also icondigi that sort of comment would be better to be PM'd to the user on the forum or in game, it is not necessary in this section or in this thread.
