Felon Username: alsvid Complaint: pretty much stealing from me Evidence: he posted a sign on my farm saying to mail him or lose it. I did and he just took away my perms to build. He never mailed back and just took the farm for no reason. It was worth 3k before building and probably around 5k completed. Additional Information: I am the only person who bought a plot in caustica
I am going to need proof that you mailed him, and proof of the perms that you purchased. alsvid, please provide any proof you may have concerning this complaint. Both have 24hours to supply proof before the complaint is locked and denied for lack of evidence.
Thanks for reporting! What alsvid did was completely within the rules. You were given 7 days to clear the town. If you did not mail him within the 7 days, he said he was going to remove you from the town. Since you cannot prove that you mailed him, we cannot act upon this complaint. Please see the rule below. This rule states that the Mayor of the town is able to remove anyone from their town for whatever reason. This is fine as long as a 3 day warning was given. Unfortunately, there is nothing we will be able to do as alsvid did not break any sort of rule. Though, if you bought the plot and you were immediately given a 3 day warning to leave the town, we may be able to do something as this can somewhat be considered scamming.
