Dear sunny9812, I noticed that you have updated your original complaint to fix the screenshots, thank you. Reviewing your screenshots I have made the following observations: 1. I can see no evidence of what date and time this event actually occurred on. 2. although there is an agreement of a loan and a screenshot of you typing the payment command, I do not see a subsequent screenshot actually showing the payment has taken place, therefore it is possible to present the arguement that you voided the command by pressing the escape key and did not actually transfer any money. I will be leaving this complaint open for another 24 hours. During this time, please gather all screenshots you have. As spidawg said, you will need to upload a screenshot with the payment being sent and some sort of time stamp that shows when this event occurred.
