Drg, do you have a screenshot of the pick being thrown? We are in need of a bit more evidence than what was provided to take any action.
Alright, Hello Drg, While looking at all the screenshots, and discussing it with other staff we have decided there is not enough evidence to take any action. We need screenshots of the item/price being agreed on, aswell as throwing of item/payments, aswell any other screenshots that could relate to this. We do not see a screenshot of the agreement. I am not understanding why some of my screen shots are being unaccepted. As I can not access imigur right now I can tell you the contents of the the screenshots. The aggremment has him saying 7.5k me replying 15k and him saying fine. This is futher pushed when he says "I am buying a eff5 unbreaking3 st1 diamond pick from drgreer7 and when recived i will pay him 15k" (this is in global chat) (once i enter the cave room where i threw the pick down he is speaking in global chat or pm). The throwing of the item has 4 screenshots. One of them has the pick on the ground, the second has me showing that the pick is a eff5 unbreaking3 st1 dpickaxe, the third (and forth these are duplicates) is him accepting the pick then he leaves without paying me.
Your evidence is order mate it is just that we wish to afford the other party a little time to either take option a (15k to you) or option b (return the goods) before we go to option c (ban him for scamming). If we go to option c straight away then you get nothing save for the satisfaction of seeing this scammer banned, we would however prefer to be able to see this situation resolved without resorting to option c.
It seems this has been neglected or there has been no response from aromustus. I would like you to try to contact aromustus and (if you have not which I am sure you have already tried) please try to either contact him again or meet him in game for his response. Thank you.
