Felon Username: boombox50 Complaint: lieng scamming , Evidence: attached file Additional Information: well it started when booxbox50 asked for xp I said that i had these and just needed to get 5 more levels he said ok ill buy. Once I reach the 30 levels he says he doesn't want to buy . And that he never had the money and he was just gonna sell some stuff : this is quite mean and he wasted my time he just wanted to troll me by asking for the xp then never having money or desire to purchase it . I know you may think this is little but personally I did not appreciate his nonscence and the time I wasted getting the xp which I later died with . Thanks - Icondigi
Thank you for taking the time to make a complaint. However I do not see too much of a problem with this. The main problem is that in the time it took for you to acquire the goods he changed his mind. Unfortunately this does happen from time to time and there was no malice involved in his actions here from what I saw. He did not have the money in cash at the time yes but he has easily liquified assets to cover the cost. He just did not want to offer any sort of compensation for wasting time and at present time wasting, save for in the case of trolling, is not an offense. I do not see any actual malicious intent in his changing his mind, he potentially had the assets needed. There is nothing here that warrants action. Thread closed. No action taken.
