I (Pat2100) was at spawn and asked anyone selling nether stars. phil_broker pm'd me a price and then said to tp. i said i don't have tp, im at spawn. He came to spawn. I said how many do you have, and he said 5 at 300 each. I paid him $1500, and did not receive the nether stars. He instantly disappeared, i tried to pm him and he left the game, with my money and me with no stars. Called for a mod and revanrose6 responded to me and told me to write a complaint. Please provide uncropped screenshots of the entire deal. Your post about what you wanted to buy, his reply, the payment... we require all evidence in order to act.
