Hello, this is my first thread on this website, because I don't have an account that long. The main reason why I made this account was to contact the mayor of my (ex) town called Nick0Jenna, and he is the same reason for what I am making this thread. So let me begin with the beginning of my ecocitycraft adventure, I joined about 2 weeks ago and searched for a plot on the trade chat. Someone from the town called "The zone" awnserd on my message I sended to the trade chat. He said I could buy a plot in their town and I went to take a look and the town looked ok. So I bought a plot (wich they marked with red wool") for 900 ecodollars. The first week everything went great, I was enjoying ecocitycraft and finally was getting the hang of the server. So when I finally understood the concept of making money I thought I would make a farm under my house to make money without using the public farm. Under my plot there was only water so I had to built under my house to make a farm. The next day when I went to check on my farm, I got deleted from the town and was asked to remove my LWC's. Apparently I broke the rule "do not dig under your plot" wich I found very strange because I did not know that digging is the same as building under my plot. So I made an account on ecocitycraft and contacted Nick0jenna about this. He replied, I quote "I do see where you are coming from but there is a town rule not to "dig" under the town. There shell be no stretching of the rule. remove your items underground and build up. you are re added." So I thought everything was ok and I went on the server to remove my items underground. But when I went on the server he did not re-added me as he stated in his messsage. So I contaced him again and eventually he re-added me. So I went on the server and removed all my stuff underground and went building up (that was about 4 days ago), so the next day when I went on ecocitycraft I wanted to finish my house but apparently my entire house was gone. Nick0jenna removed my entire house and only my LWC's where left. He did not message me about this nor did he gave me a explanation why he removed my house and removed me from the town. So I went back on the website to contact him, and I saw that he made a thread "http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/lwc.43936/#post-204392" on this website about removing my LWC, in this thread he states that I broke the town rule for the second time, wich I did not do (I haven't even broke the rule the 1st time because he said I broke the rule from digging underground while I just build underground wich is something entirely diffrent). Also he states in the thread that he sended me a message 4 days ago, this also is not true because in the pic you can clearly see that I was building up and 4 days ago I only had a small house with a small roof. I contacted him yesterday about this via a PM and I posted on his wall. The PM he did not awnser and the post on the wall he deleted. So I am kindly asking for a refund of the 900 ecodollars from him that I gave to his "employee" or ban him from the server, because he is just scamming new players by letting them in his town and then deleting them from the town. If you look to the threads he made you can aslo clearly see that he made lodes of LWC removal threads, so he is just banning everyone. Ty for reading this and I hope an admin can contact me!
I know i am not supposed to comment on others complaint threads but, i would just like to let my side of the store be heard. As for the first offence 00ninja00 committed "digging beneath plot" in order to build beneath his/her plot he/she mush have dug though at lest 1 block, there for violating that rule. this is clearly stated on the rules area of the town. As for the second offence 00ninja00 committed , i had hired an investigator to check who had harvested all of the public farms wheat and not replaced it and it was found that 00ninja00 had done so. I have taken in many users form the builder class all the way up to presidents. I have many LWC requests because i have owned/co-owned 3 towns since i have joined ECC. And last if you where to look at the last LWC request you would see that it was in fact 4+ days since i had contacted 00ninja00. Thanks for your time, i will not be refunding you any of the $900 and will also not be banned for this ridiculousness. Enjoy the rest of your stay here on ECC!

" Let me clarify the word dig for you: "To break up, turn over, or remove (earth or sand, for example), as with a shovel, spade, or snout, or with claws, paws or hands." Now let me clarify the word build "To form by combining materials or parts; construct" So I think that I can conclude that they are not exactly the same words. What I did was the second, "build" and there is no rule in your town "Do not built underground". 2nd "i had hired an investigator to check who had harvested all of the public farms wheat and not replaced it and it was found that 00ninja00 had done so." Yes I did harvested an not replanted but I have a good reason for that, when I was harvesting the wheat the server went out for a second, so I thought to myself that I would do it the next day. But as you may have noticed you had removed me from the server so I could not replant the wheat. As proof you can see that your farm is not fully empty, so you can see that I was busy farming and did not complete my farming (because the server went down). 3rd Not sure about the PM but on the photo I can see that my building is pretty high and has no roof. If I missed the PM I apologies, but I am almost sure that you did not send me anything. PS: I am sorry about the harsh language I used, but you have to understand that it's pretty frustrating if you refuse to contact with me. As for the refund, I would still like to have a refund, even if you want me to first replant your entire wheat plant. I have no problems with doing that.
I will remove my complaint about the language but, i will not be giving you a re-fund. im sorry for the innocence
Use common sense, when a rule says no digging beneath the plot then you could also deduce that you can't build beneath it. As for the second offence, this is entirely your own mistake, you could've at least placed a sign saying you'll replant it later, or sent a mail to nick0jenna, but you didn't. You broke the town rules so nick0jenna has all right to remove you from the town, as long as you can get your own things, but nick0jenna provided evidence that you didn't do that, so his LWC removal request was approved and done. Again, this is entirely your own mistake. My final say is: nick0jenna does not have to refund you. Locked.
