Felon Username: Icondigi Complaint: Scamming, he posted on my forum asking for a signature. So I made it for him. Then he went and purposely got himself banned for whatever reason and posted on my forums saying he will pay next time he is online so I let him save it and add it, now that he's had it for about a week he told me he doesn't want it any more which is not what we agreed on, because I have already let him save an un-watermarked version of the signature.
