From the screenshot you posted, this user spammed pay you a penny for no reason what-so-ever, and I will be issuing a warning to him. We try to keep an enjoyable environment her on EcoCityCraft, and spam, in chat or by pay spam, is one of the easiest way to ruin someone else's enjoyment. If the user continues to do this after the warning, please post another complaint so more severe action can be taken. User Warned. Locked.
