Unfortunately, you have not posted sufficient evidence of him telling you the co-ordinates of this spawner, nor have you shown a screenshot where you have paid him the 2k amount. If you have additional screenshots proving this, please post them here.
In order to take any action proper evidence must be submitted. Admins do not check logs in these situations because they simply just do not have the time. Imagine if every complaint was researched through chat logs on a server like this. In the future please make sure you collect screens of your transactions to prevent this from happening again. *locked
