I pmed him telling him that i'll pay him after the reciept and he says that I've been pranked.
Well, nonetheless, I'll talk to the user about this situation as this is not what should be occurring here on ECC. If a user offers to sell an item/donation, it must be legit. Next time, make sure you get screeshots of everything. It is very important that you provide all the proof possible so that complaints may be dealt with as easily as possible.
