Felon Username: Coolguy3211 Complaint: 9 days ago I gave Coolguy3211 a $30,000 loan. He said he would pay me $47,000 if he won the loto. He said if he didn't he would pay $45,000 minimum. It has been 9 days since I gave the loan and he hasn't even been on since then. I sent him a message via in game mail and tried a forum pm to confirm the complaint. He has not been on from what I have seen since the last complaint about a week ago. I believe he was informed that there would be a complaint, so he hasn't been on. He has had plenty of time and kevin has been patient with my attempts to resolve the debt. I think a ban is in order and if he appeals we can determine a suitable deadline for the amount to be paid.
