Unfortunately without any given evidence in a complaint I can't do much. I would suggest either doing /ignore on the user or take screenshots with F2 and upload them using imgur.com to show that the user was abusing the rules. If this happens again and you feel that action needs to be taken upon this user, please post another complaint with evidence. Locked.
