Felon Username: natechar Complaint: Scamming me out of 50k, pretty much ALL my money. Evidence: I have a screenshot but I can't figure out how to get it on here. Check your logs. My balance went down 50k and I did pay him. I have proof in the screenshot if you can tell me how to post it to you. Additional Information: He was already banned for scamming me and many others. Honestly, I don't care that he is banned. All I really want back is my 50k. I know that there is a no-refund rule but this was basically ALL my remaining cash. I do know that it is possible to take the money from his account and then give it to me. If not, I am POSITIVE Andrew is capable of doing it. Can someone PLEASE help me? I have learned my lesson and I will be more careful when buying things from others from now on.

I am sure Andrew is capable of doing what you have asked, however once he does it for you, he has to do it for everyone else who asks. This is why there is a no-refund rule in place. Your complaint is probably valid, you may even have screenshots showing what happened, but sadly there is not much that can be done without opening the floodgates to refund everyone, everything they ask for. All this screenshot really shows is you paying him 50k, why did you give him the money? Was there some sort of deal you had or an item you were buying? If so, can you post a screenshot where you were discussing that as well?
Andrew should make a rule that he can refund people with scams over 50k. This will make it so people don't request like $5, while people with major money losses can get some cash back. Along with that, it should also apply that players applying for being scammed 50k or more should get 75% of their cash back and the other 25% should be kept by the server as a fine for the irresponsibility of the player.
There is no proof of the deal, therefore nothing will be done, sorry. refunds will never be done. Locked.
