    Reason:G3NERALMILLS keeps coming back to my town, Pacifica and asking to come back after i kicked him from the town for breaking multiple rules.

    Counter-Reason:he is spamming me with pms saying "please" many times.

    Evidence:sitomo and delitad have to continue to tp him to spawn and tell him to leave.
