    My friend, known to the server as maximus12346, has been unable to access ecocitycraft for the past few days, even though he is on the whitelist. He has logged on often before and has never done anything to provoke this action. Can you please make sure he is actually added?

    What does it say when he tries to access the server? You need a whitelist or banned?
