Complaint

Minecraft username Cindy_john

Reason: not allowing me to collect all of the resourse that i used to build my house that i have collected during my time playing minecraft which is a just over a week and a half, this is because I was mining a few blocks outside my plots underground which F.Y.I had a huge tunnel already dug out by someone before I brought the plot and serveral smaller tunnels in the sand/sand stones which that was where i mine, i guess i could say it was a compensation for the holes and tunnels under my plot, but the point being that i have been punished for it by being kick out of lillyput and at the time i was banned i got so pead off/ depressed that I gave everything I owned to the town of lillyput (dimond axe, dimond pickaxe, dimond shovel, everything a LOT more and was never going to play minecraft ever again, but after a few days thinking and thought was not going to let this little incident ruin my whole experience on minecraft so I started playing again 2 days ago and have kindly requested cindy that i come bak to collect all the belongings that I (me) build from scratch from the ground up to the ground down and she refused because I was a greifer as she called me and she said she sold my plots to a taylor fellow in the town, I mean if taylor likes what I have done to the place then thats good, he can copy it right down to the last detail for all i care, but he will have to put in the days and hours that I put in to build that place I just want all the things I have worked for for the past week building that place and I don't think its fair that I am not allowed to collect the things I made from scratch not even mentioning the over $10,000 that I gave her to buy 3 more plots the day before I got ban and I was not even going to ask for the refund, if the moderator isn't going to convince cindy_john to allow me to collect my things then the REAL GREIFER IS CINDY_JOHN and not me, plus you may (server/moderators) get a negative affect/influence on other players if they heard this and you said no they may think that it is ok for town owners to push/bully around other newer player on the server, I consider myself as a newbie as I have only played this server about 2 weeks thats not including the few days i was ban.

What I am asking is reasonable as I have lost my plots my money my tools, my food, my resourse, EVERYTHING, I'm living in the wild now as i don't have anywhere else to live, and I would like to collect what little I have to restart again but I am refused even that, you tell me is that FAIR????
