    To post a screenshot, follow these steps.
    1. Go to imageshack.com
    2. Upload selected images
    3. Copy and paste the direct link inside of an Img tag, located above the reply.

    Also, we actually saw this happen, and theuser was warned. Subsequently he stopped.
