Felon: eli_89_beard Complaint: A couple days ago after playing around in the nether, I decided it was about time to vote once again and make a quick stack of pork chops. So, i exited the nether and went to the main world spawn before stopping to put my good armor on. I then minimized mine craft and went to vote on the website. However, while i was voting, a gutsy builder by the name of eli_89_beard decided it would be fun to grief me. during the time i was angrily trying to complete capatches for voting, he was pushing me inch by inch into the pvp area. By the time i reopened my mine craft window, i was dead. This was because eli managed to push me into the php where epislen killed me. at the time i had no idea who killed me but shortly after i respawned, i was contacted by eli_89_beard saying he knew the killer, giving me many false clues. Eventually after many angry and obnoxious conversations eli told me that he was the culprit and that epislen killed me. I have nothing against epislen, for even though assisted in the action of killing and looting me, he did give me some of my stuff back. My complaint is against eli_89_beard who deliberately had me killed, causing to lose many valuable objects such as: All enchanted gold/diamond armor, diamond tools, a GREEN music disc, and many stacks of stone bricks for an upcoming building project i was planning. I have recently learned today that eli actually has the rest of my stuff, and i want it back. I believe that eli defied some of the core values that this server embodies, and therefore he should either be banned, or fined a hefty sum, and forced to return my stuff. As mods it is your decision to decide, but to help you, here is a screenshot of the culprits confession, and Epislen's conversation with me about how eli has my armor and music disc. Unfortunately what beard said was right, and it is legal. It is your decision where to AFK and i would highly suggest only doing so far away from both any pvp and spawn. Sorry about this, but I actually just had an idea i am going to post in suggestions now. Locked
