It's your responsibility not to go afk somewhere you can get killed, and if you're not afk he's not going to be able to kill you like this. Also in the future ask him to stop, if he refuses it's considered harassment. However, I'll warn TECHNOFROG6 and hopefully this won't be an issue again. Locked
