    Complaint: I won an auction for 32 nstars and paid him 6100 and
    he left without giving me the stars

    Sorry but without the proper proof (i.e. transactions and trade) we cannot do anything about this. Please be sure to take proper screens of all transactions in case you run into this issue again.
