Felon Username: tymoyer Complaint: Advertising countless times in donator chat when no staff were on. Also making some very offensive comments once told to stop. Many people tried to ask him to leave and he just kept coming back. I know this is not enough for a ban/tempban but i would like him to realize even if moderators are not on, he is not allowed to use the improper chat channels and annoy everyone.
