Felon User: TNTx55 Complaint: Not finishing auction nor accepting my bid it seems. Evidence: http://imgur.com/zixwNEZ http://imgur.com/VPEN7XA Additional Information: On one photo it should show how he or she denied me I believe.
Do you have any screenshots of you actually putting a price? Aswell as the auctioneer has the right to deny any bids if he feels that is needed.
According to http://www.ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index.php?title=Server_Rules#Clause_III:_Auction_Channel "By starting an auction you are committed to selling the item. If you don't like the price that it sells for, there is nothing that can be done. You are still obligated to sell the item. (Please start auctions *at* a high enough price to ensure you are happy with the result.) An auction may only be cancelled if no one has bid on your item after a reasonable amount of time. Once a bid has been heard, you must follow through with the sale of the item."
Yes however we do need the proper evidence, aswell as auctioneers have the right to decline any bid if they feel it is needed.
i never accepted you bid. so that means i don't have to carry out. you can bid but i don't have to accept it. read it again. and by the way stop spamming me 3 and four times with the same message its annoying. and also nothing can be don't. already sold it for 325 to generaljoecool.
by accepted i mean like i never confirmed it. this happened to me as well on my other account but they said oh well i have to sell it. i shouldn't have confirmed the bid
He or she did not sell it at all though. It wasn't like he just denied selling it to me - he stopped the auction completely. The rule says they are committed to selling the item. Nevermind
An auctioneer can choose to ignore a bid, so long as he has not already accepted a bid from that user in the auction in question. So long as a bid is not 'heard' the item doesn't have to be sold at that bid.
