Felon Username: Shrinkwrap4me Complaint: (see previous complaint)... and so it continues. He came back to our town, I explained how his stealing really upset me and my son who was trying to do something nice for xmas. He was snide sarcastic and just mean. Thanks for posting this complaint, although it is a duplicate. I understand you disagree with the response to your last complaint so I've taken some time to look further into this. Shrink has no right to speak to others this way and necessary action will be taken. I apologize for his words towards you and hope that it hasn't lowered your expectations of the experience you can have on our server. Alright, while there is nothing I am able to do about the Locked chests at hand, you may always put in an LWC removal to have the locks taken off. As well as the evidence you have provided, even though Shrinkwrap4me is active, the LWC's will be able to be removed immediately. As for shrinkwrap4me's behavior and rudeness as well as harassment during this whole incident, I am going to be temporarily banning him for 3 hours. This is not how any user should behave at all. Shrinkwrap4me temp-banned for 3 hours. Locked.
