Felon Username: schloty21 & VTFAN8 Complaint: Purchased a GiftCard from schloty21 for $50k Eco, has not bought it for me as of the latest donation cycle. He has admitted to scamming in this thread, and paying the money to VTFAN8. Evidence: Additional Information: In this thread, schloty21 claims to have owed VTFAN8 an exorbitant amount of money and thus used the money he gained from this scam to pay off his debt. He provides no proof of this claim at all. For all we know, VTFAN8 could have been an accomplice in this scam. This way, only schloty21 will take the blame, and VTFAN8 gets to keep all of the money. One might even go so far as to say that this was all planned, as schloty21 just happens to be on vacation right now. The excuse he gave could simply be a lie, because after all, it is the internet. Not to mention that his credibility has already plummeted with the mere fact that I am typing this now. And it seems that I am not the only one. I demand that VTFAN8 pay back *my* money as schloty21 did not have permission to use it to pay off his debt. I did not give schloty21 the money intending for it to be a loan, it was for a trade and if schloty21 is unable to deliver then I want my money back. As a real life example: If I buy a product with my credit card and the merchant is unable to deliver, I would issue a charge back and have the amount credited back into my account. If VTFAN8 does not agree to pay the money back, it will then be assumed that he is an accomplice to this scam. schloty21 has openly admitted that he paid VTFAN8 the money. As another example: If someone stole money from a bank and then gave you the money, if you didn't return the money then you will be charged as an accomplice. EDIT: Isn't it funny how VTFAN8 was so quick to get rid of the money?
schloty21 has until next time donations process, if you could please give information on why it has not yet processed. If the donation is not added by the next process times I will have to take action with the supplied evidence.
