Hello Beth, I am sorry that this has happened to you. The user has now been gone for over 9 days, and reviewing with staff members, aswell as looking over the evidence provided a few times I have decided to give the user a ban for scamming. I want to notify you that you will not get any refund on the money, I apologize for this. If the user appeals there may be the chance that he has to repay, however that depends on what the staff say at the given time.
