Minecraft Username: MrWaffaJaffa Reason: Scamming me by giving me a wrong pickaxe which I paid for. I asked to buy a Maxed Pickaxe (eff5, unb3) for 9k. However, he gave me a Pickaxe with only 3 Unbreaking. I tryed asking him for my money back but would listen to me. Counter-Reason: Evidence: - Screenshots of the transaction including me asking what pick and price - My friend mod LegendaryTrio can confirm the pick was given to me from him. Here it clearly shows me paying, asking in trade chat, and later asking him if it was a max pick. He said he wanted 9k.
I said clearly in trade chat, I wanted a max pick. Also I told you I wanted one and you said pay. I gladly paid you 9k for your trust, however that was too much. Evidence: First, Pic 1- [tr] jonwoot- Buying max pickaxe! Pm me with offers! Second, Pic 2- You send me a teleport you your town, which you say (Pay) to me in local chat. Thirdly, Pic 3- I message you saying I want to buy a max pick. I ask how much and you respond 9k. I pay 9k as you hold a diamond pick in the air. I believe that this is enough evidence that I wanted a maxed pick... 1# - I ask in trade chat 2# - I messaging you to confirm 3# - You say pay, while holding a diamond pick in your hand.
