Felon Username: monkeymax13 Complaint: A while back, I loaned monkeymax13 45k and he agreed to pay me 55k in return, but a few days after giving him the loan he got banned. I made a complaint and was told that when he got unbanned I should make a new one. Now that he has been unbanned, I would appreciate it if he could pay me the money he had agreed to.
