I've also added pbrassat17 to the conversation that MHXL and I have had prior to this complaint as he handled the previous complaint. Additional Information: This is the second time that the user has failed to follow through with the agreement.
Alright, after speaking to both party's through forum Pm's MHXL has until Tonight 12 Pm EST to apply for mayor, and have the funds. This complaint will be left unlocked crossfire26 if MHXL doesnt make his application please tag me in a post in this thread. MHXl if you do make a Mayor App I want you to post here tagging me, and giving me the link so I can properly investigate. Left unlocked.
pbrassat17 Since MHXL is banned currently, I'll give him until tomorrow, Friday May 31 at midnight to post the application. It doesn't seem fair to count tonight because he wouldn't really have a chance.
