He probably transfered it all to another account, and I have a feeling that he is also 'AeroNY'... Sorry about this comment.
Thanks for reporting! As you have stated, yes, mechsouls is banned. There is nothing that we will be able to do concerning this case. Make sure you are more careful in the future with the people you decide to trade with.
