I've spoken with Lapkingkn and he's informed me that he had agreed to paybacks for a past round of lotto and not the one you're describing. At this point Lamb74 I recommend one thing. Cut your losses and do not "team" with Lap again as you've seen issues can arise from entering into agreements like this. There is nothing I can do about the money you spent other than give you this advice. Please contact me ingame if you have any questions regarding my decision.
