[Complaint] Kurumban

Felon Username: Kurumban

Complaint: This guy has been harassing me and my townspeople for the last several weeks. It started with me banning him from buying plots/having perms in my town because I suspected him of digging diamonds under my land even after I told him he was not allowed to. Also Kurumban had admitted to me awhile back that he saw diamonds under my land and, when I asked how, he replied 'xray'. I had no idea what that was at the time nor did I suspect any threat from him. Also I was a new mayor, so I was being friendly to him and allowed him to keep perms since he was living in a hotel my co-mayor made. It wasn't until I found a straight hole that lead to a mine from the ground up that I started suspecting him. I did hire an investigator but by that time it was too late to have proof of it because the logs had been reset. However, the investigator I hired told me that whoever dug that hole and then left cobblestone underneath was using xray because there were no torches down there and the holes lead straight to where the diamonds where. Of course I don't have much evidence to support this although I strongly believe in my heart it was him. There were only two people aside from me and my co-mayor at the time that had perms, and the other guy hadn't logged on for several days... So it had to be Kurumban.

Because I do not strong evidence to support my first issue, I will move onto my second issue with Kurumban. It's BECAUSE of my suspicion of Kurumban (from my first issue) that I banned him from ever buying a plot into my town and stripped him of all perms. I allowed him to stay at the hotel and had him on /ignore because of him constantly harassing me (asking if he can buy plots, wanting perms, etc even after I told him NO). Finally I got annoyed of his actions because he would stand around while I was building something and be in the way! Also some of my townspeople complained to be about him bothering them. At this point I didn't know what else to do as a mayor but to report him! I even told him I would, and he didn't care. I gave him so many chances and over a week to move out and away from my sight. He is obviously trolling to make me and my towns people angry for kicking him out. But it's MY town, I have a right to control who I allow in. He shouldn't be allowed to troll around and bother us anymore!

At this point I was constructing a building and he knew it, so obviously he kept getting in the way. I told him to get out several times, but he ignored me.






He purposely started walking on my blocks when I told him to get off, because then I couldn't build.


And once again, ignoring what I am saying to him...
