    Additional info: This is not the first time doing this/ also empty stronghold scam, consult any common ECC player

    This has also happened to me before, though I don't find it needed for a complaint.

    If you have more proof of the user "Scamming" then feel free to post more/another complaint on the subject, however I cannot do anything about what you are complaining about here in general, however encouraging user spamming is not allowed and he will recieve a nice forum pm from me about encouraging spamming of other users PM/Inbox.
