Well im not looking for a refund, i want the donations you agreed to buy me. And how can you claim that your computer crashed when i gave you plenty of time to buy the donations before i made this report? Ohh yeah, you said "i have to leave now" before you logged off the server, and that was arund half an hour after we made the deal... And since you are online now you must be at a computer where you can make the donations...
As per our deal i want kinane4 to buy me Multihome and Water+. That was the deal and that is what i want. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
Hello, The staff team discussed this and we decided that kinane4 can either do a monetary refund or provide the donation features. Please reply to this thread when one of the 2 options have been given, as a refund has been promised.

BUT i have a hard time understanding how kinane4 can come out of this with not even a slap on the wrist... kinane4 and i made a deal and he will not uphold his end of it, and that is okay with the staff?
What the staff team has decided is that we are not going to ban someone who is offering you a refund simply because you want the donation features. Allow me to quote the same rule that you had pointed out, with a brief edit. "Clause 2 - Scamming Kinane has agreed to refund what you have paid him, and we the staff team have allowed him to do that. With that being said, kinane4 is required to pay of the 45k as soon as you guys are online at the same time. When the payment is received, reply to this thread and tag me so I know that this situation is resolved. You have 48 hours for this repayment.Left Open for 48 hours for re-payment to be made
No progress so far, i have talked to kinane4 a few times and he said he would pay me back soon... but that was like 20 hours ago... so..
