    Sorry, but there's nothing we can do about a BANNED users Items, Money, and/or agreements. You may wait until Killrdarkness submits a Ban Appeal, and if it gets accepted, request for the money. Also, the agreement was made on the 22nd - Once he's unbanned, and if he doesn't pay back the loan by that said time, then you may submit another Complaint.
