Felon Username: Kconahan Complaint: He was on contract to pay me back 43,000 ECD on a loan within two days, but has since been unable to, and has also been permabanned. Evidence:http://imgur.com/fvCgsDp Additional Information: I would also like to request the staff as to whether there is any form of reimbursement which I may receive from his account, as this issue has been extremely damaging to me financially. Moreover, as a result, I have left several clients on hold until I can recollect my losses. I would be enormously grateful if the staff team can in anyway help me with this dilemna, whether it should be reimbursement via ECD or any of his towns/possessions. Thank you
Hi DevotedToChrist, Thank you for filing this complaint. Unfortunately as Kconahan is permabanned there isn't anything that the Staff team can do at the moment with regards to your loan, and I apologise for this. What we can do though is continue with this complaint as usual, and should Kconahan file a successful appeal in the future you can file a new complaint and link to this complaint as a way of enforcing your original loan agreement. With regards to your screenshots, there is evidence of the agreement made but not of you paying the money. Do you have evidence of this?
I apologize, this is a mistake on my part, I did not take a screenshot of actually giving him the money. But I thank you for addressing the issue, and I'll be more careful next time in both my loans and in my screenshots Thank you!

Please remember next time to get a screenshot of you making the payment, it is one of the most important pieces of evidence and is required in pretty much all complaints.
