Felon Username: Joshual1996 Reason: I was removed from his town and was not given the required 3 days to remove my items. Counter-Reason: I received the mail from Joshual1996 at around 6:00 pm this evening (May 21, 2013) and sent him some mail which said something to the likes of "Ok I will remove my stuff and can you tell me what I did wrong" and another mail asking him for the 5k back that I paid him a few months ago to be co-mayor of his town Ireland. I logged off. I came back several times for a couple minutes to play hunger games and see if he was on so we could talk. He was on when I came on at around 8:00 pm. I went to Ireland to get my stuff and he told me to leave even though I didn't collect my things and said he sent the mail 4 days ago which he didn't as I was on last night to check on my town and had received to mail. Two mods were called, Lady_Frost and Wikid0ne, and I was asked to leave which I did after the second time of being asked (I stayed to say I needed my stuff). I then spoke to Wikid0ne about the whole thing and told him everything stated above. He told me to post this so there would be a record of this and his conversation with me. Evidence: I didn't take any screenshots because I assumed Joshual1996 would remember when he sent me the mail and that this wouldn't happen. So I don't have any evidence to show. this also happened to me with Joshual1996. He doesn't keep his word. He logs off when you try and figure out what the problem was. Don't worry snow your not alone.
Hello, joshual1996 the rules found here, state I understand due to the incident that occured earlier that you feel that this user was harasing you, however without the proper eviction the user was trying to get their things back. Please supply the proper evidence of eviction to this complaint so we can proceed with a resolution. Thank you, ~WiKiDOne~
