[COMPLAINT] I'm infuriated by a breach of residents' rights.

• Violation of Section VII Clause V.I. (regarding co-mayorship rights)

Additional information: I should perhaps explain the whole scenario:

Joey9999joey - who owns a plot in Cookietown - was appointed co-mayor yesterday by Mudkiqo_o, the Mayor. I believed this was a good idea, and as a Co-Mayor myself, appreciated Joey's appointment.

However, I was less impressed to come on today after an eventful few hours to find several of my residents having a heated debate about an unfair eviction Joey performed. According to my residents, he first blackmailed a worker into paying $3,000 (which was not paid), then removed two members without allowing them three days to remove their items, and without the permission from the Town Mayor. I was infuriated to hear of how they were maltreated, and whilst I severely lack in evidence, anything that caused that much fury within the town's residents can't have been something silly.

I'm infuriated to this instance - it's unfair that he should remove residents and steal property when he's had no permission to do so. Also:

It disgusts me to hear that abusing players like this should be allowed on ECC, and it has resulted in a mini-flame-war with other members, Chris_Job has even Usapresident999, I have been informed, just for taking sides against Joey because of this, in her town.

I honestly do not believe it is fair that actions such as this should be tolerated on ECC, and it angers me to hear that people are being treated like this. It is not a good impression to give to new members and players to the server, and certainly can make players distressed, unhappy, intimidated and feeling harassed. As the screenshots *might* point out, one evicted user told me that he was "continuously griefed in every server he went on", and it seems like he believed ECC was no better.

I'm sure people can provide screenshots with more evidence against Joey if they were asked to.

As a further note, I was told Netsui was allowed into the conversations of insults, and Netsui thus has some knowledge of the carnage that's taken place. Please note I'm sure of the foul language used in the somewhat "heated" argument was only due to the anger and disgust running in everyone's veins at the time. Everyone who swore has a good heart, I know from personal experience
