Felon Username: goldwhite Complaint: breach of contract Evidence:http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.66900/ Additional Information: This user has made no attempt to pay me any further than the 30k rental fee as the sword was not returned. I would be happy to make a payment plan with this user if he abides by it consistently.
goldwhite Can you explain your side of the story and why you have not complied to the agreements made in the contract linked above?
I hope this additional evidence helps: Above is the user admitting to not paying back ctoolme all the money owed.
well i asked for erep and ctool suggested someone i believe his name was sm3t or something close to that... anyway so i threw him the melon sword and he claimed he never got it so of course i freaked out but sadly i didnt take any screen shots because ctoolme is the one who suggested him and i figured he wuld know who to give his own melon sword to. so the only ideas we came up with are that either sm3t took it, the lag glitched it out(at the time the server was lagging), or someone with sneak got it. now with the payments i have school and sleep and some what of a life outside the game obviously so i couldnt keep up with the payment demand and the screen shot was completly out of context since that wasnt even ctoolme. he pmed me saying that its my fault hes quiting ecc and sure i believe it but im not high enough in the game to be makeing that much money so i told ctoolme i would pay him off when i could but all i can give is my word
Regardless of how the Melon Sword was lost, you both agreed on the contract that you would pay him back if anything happened to it. Therefore you must decide... Ctoolme is even willing to make a payment plan with you if you can follow through with it. goldwhite Please respond whether you will accept his offer or not.
I will be sticking to my initial idea of 10k per day however i will be wanting the complete amount owed, 350k in a maximum time of 40 days leaving some room for inconvenience.
goldwhite Ctoolme Okay, I suggest writing a formal contract on this and including the dates (what day it starts, and at the end of the 45 days) and the total amount due. Glad you two worked this out. LOCKED - Resolved.
