Accused Username: @FranklyFrustratd Complaint: Loaned the user $15,000 for resident. Unpaid, user was banned but now unbanned, prior username (_ASilverWarrior). Evidence: Additional Information: The loan was interest free because I was helping them get to resident through admiralIDs builder thread. I would like to establish some sort of late fees as this is incredibly late.

Hello @FranklyFrustratd although you intend to pay this loan back, you're currently banned in game for something else, would you and @obblebobble be able to make a new agreement for when this loan is due; Maybe something like within 24 hours of being unbanned?
Are you able to manage $20,000 within 24 hours (Or perhaps $15,000 in 24 hours with $5,000 due in 7 days after the unban). I am able to set-up some trade signs for you to pay to at my vault/casino. I think these interest rates are more than generous, as initially it was interest free and after all these days late a small 33% fee is not much at all, thanks
It's a courtesy, I didn't establish late fees due to helping out a builder. Although this trust was tested and pushed, it's simply a request but I will not be able to enforce them if the user declines. That'll be respected.
@obblebobble I will gladly pay you an extra $5,000 in a 7 day time span after my unban, the $15,000 will be sent within 24 hours of my unban.
Seeing as you both have come to an agreement, I will be locking this complaint. However @FranklyFrustratd, you're obliged to pay @obblebobble $15,000 within 24 hours of successfully being unbanned. If you are willing to pay @obblebobble an extra $5,000 within seven days as you have agreed, then feel free. Locked - New payment schedule has been made
