(he gave back the iron, but the fact that he took it in first place is still bounds for this report)
Just gonna say this, if the chest is not locked, its okay to take whatever is inside. Protected area or not as far as I know, may have changed
You're right in one case; it's his responsibility to lock the chest. But, you are not allowed to steal from a protected chest in a town. The victim here was not expecting for someone to break into his house in a protected town, so he didn't bother locking his chests, which in my opinion was still foolish. This tortera fellow, in my city, is breaking 2 rules; griefing into a house in a protected area, and stealing. I will talk to him personally on a mayor - level when he or I get online.
