Felon Username: David_Torento Complaint: Breach of contract Evidence: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.83462/ Additional Information: David_Torento Failed to make a payment to DeEnO12 to finish paying off the farm. From what i know David is removed as owner and is a member of the farm until the payment is made plus another 100k. I am not 100% sure of Deeno's agreement with David. All that pertains to me is i am no longer an owner of the farm. David did not sell the farm, I was removed as co-mayor thus i am owed 138k.
As David_Torento not paying for the town/farm of Lolland as stated in the contract http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-purchase-of-lolland.82932/#post-405744 he is now a member of the town before he can regain ownership of the town Lolland and has to pay me an additional 100k on top of the previous 150k that he still owes me from the 350k with the original deal and once he has finished paying me a total of 250k for the outstanding debt and debt from not paying the contract on time then he will regain full ownership of Lolland.
Alpert needs to remain as an owner, as he bought part of the town. The contract states that you can remove me from the town, it doesn't state you can remove anyone else from the town. As for his removal, it was not my "wish" nor was I the one who removed him, so this is not a "liable" complaint.
After discussing this with all users involved, I have come to a conclusion on what is most fair and easiest to be done. David_Torento has three weeks which is until the 28th of Feburary, 2014 to repay DeEnO12 the remaining sum of $250,000. alpert3925 will then be repaid by David_Torento by March 7th 2014, $19,000 in compensation for the lose of his co-mayorship. In the event this is not repaid to either and/or both of them they have the right to file a complaint. DeEnO12, alpert3925, David_Torento please make sure to get evidence of the repayments and any other issues that show up. Locked - Issue Resolved on TeamSpeak and will be fully repaid to Deeno12 by February 28th and Alpert3925 by March 7th 2014.
