Felon Username - RiverE Complaint - Presto_Blue and I were in a contract with RiverE. We were assigned to clear land for him. He said, and I quote, "I agree to pay 7.5k to each of the two above listed players, and agree not to change the details of this work without either's consent so long as it does not increase work load. I also promise to supply stone tools." In this quote, he states that he would provide stone picks for us within the contract, but after we had finished and signed the contract and it was approved, he immediately left. Both Presto_Blue and I have not seen him since the contract (two days ago). He never provided stone picks, we had to make our own tools, since none were provided. Evidence - A moderator or admin can search and check the area we were supposed to clear in the contract, they will find nothing but Presto_Blue and I's own chests (Filled of cobblestone, dirt, and tools). Random locked doors and chests will also be seen, they were placed in the land we had to clear. None of them are available for opening to us, they are all privated. Thank you for your comment here Ryan, however the main point being raised is that part of the contract was over looked as it was explicitly stated in the agreement between the users. Rivere can we get some input from you into this situation please?
I left 32 oak logs in a chest next to where the two had put there crafting table and first double chest. If no proof of this can be found I will supply another 32 oak logs. The cobble is from the ground being dug, if i did not make this clear I am sorry, but as I have also allowed you to sell all the cobble and dirt you dig the cost of this oak should be covered anyway. Sorry for not having been on the server for a while, i have been on a private one, but you could have mailed me through the forums to correct this issue before posting a complaint.
Both participants; Presto_Blue and NinjaWolf, have quit the contract. I will not be paying them anything as the contract was payment upon completion. I will also not be pressing charges for breach of contract as no damage has been done.
NinjaWolf, Presto_blue Can I get feed back from either of you two on this? Have you two quit the contract? Also I was under the impression after a conversation I had that the contract was near completion anyways and a quick inspection shows much of the map is near the specified level save for some builder's rubble and a hill in a corner.
Presto_Blue told me they both quit, I had assumed he had spoken to NinjaWolf about this. The contract was for the entire town of Ecofortress, only one segment had been done. If you would like a tour/ showing of where else should have been done I'd be happy to oblige, Trevalynfar.
Yes, Indeed Ninjawolf and I agreed to quit the contract. We had finished the area that we believed to be all that we were to clear out. We found out that there was another 5-7 hours worth of digging to do up in the corner after the 5 hours we had already put in. We believed 15k for 15 hours of work wasn't worth it. I mean today, we did a different job and the dude payed us 14k for about 1 hours worth. So, RiverE agreed to not press charges so we chose to quit. (Ninjawolf agreed too.)
Okay then, I guess that the matter is closed then and the contract ended. No action taken, contract ended, thread closed.
