[Complaint] Cheeseybites (Slightly Image heavy)

Cheeseybites:

Cheesey incessantly harassed me after I assured him that I did not have his items.He died after falling in a hole which I was at the bottom of. I did pick up the items that I saw but , everything that I got I gave back. Cheesey then continued to threaten me with a ban , use foul language , and be generally not nice. If necessary feel free to search my account to make sure I dont have the items. I believe that the following screenshots provide evidence of Cheesey Breaking the following server rules:
Clause IV: Private Chat*

Do not abuse a user through private chat. If caught and reported you face punishment depending on the severity. In severe instances a permanent ban will be put in place.
Clause II: Vulgarity and Inappropriate Subjects*

All chat must be kept PG and clean - lots of our users are very young. There is to be no discussion of anything deemed inappropriate for a workplace, including but not limited to, sexuality, excessive violence and dark humour. In addition, there is to be no discussion regarding anything deemed illegal or inappropriate, which includes, but is not limited to, drugs and narcotics. We do not tolerate any racist or hateful slurs at all. We absolutely do not tolerate inappropriate chat, and you can be severely punished if it happens. This includes anything put on signs in gameplay; and goes for all of these rules. In addition, general swearing must be kept to an absolute minimum. To this end, the following situations are allowed:

• Occasional slip-ups in unfortunate situations, that is not directed at anyone.
• Abbreviations that involve swear words - e.g. wtf.
• Self-censorship of a swear word.

However, the following are absolutely prohibited:

• Repeated and excessive swearing.
• Swearing that is directed at anyone at all.

(He particularly violates the swearing part)
Clause I: General Theft*

There is no rule against stealing from unlocked chests. All users have the ability to protect their chests, therefore if a user has not exercised this right they are permitted to be stolen from. Super Moderators have the ability to check who has taken what if you want to attempt discussions, but they will not act.
All items on the ground are fair game for anyone to pick up, and staff will not be taking moderator actions to retrieve your items should you accidentally throw them on the ground or should they be sniped during a trade. It is 100% the user's responsibility to keep their items safe, and in transaction situations, to find a safe place to trade their items where there is no risk of them being sniped. The safest way to perform a trade transaction is through a chest locked to the players performing the transaction. Staff is in no way responsible for retrieving items lost due to irresponsible trades. They may attempt talks on your behalf, but are not required to and will not guarantee anything.
(And I believe he ignores that I did not actually steal, I merely found his items on the ground after his death, and I DID give them ALL back. )
