I was present for this and another attack. I do not have matching screenshots but the user has been kicked from town for other offenses and threw a tantrum trying to kill members. This person needs to be banned asap to avoid other attacks. I attempted to contact mods during the attack but none were available at that moment.
Do you have any screen shots of the user holding the poison potion or throwing it at you. None of those photos are showing anything that tells us that he threw the poison potion.
