Complaint: After killing me and being un banned he kept my sword and decided to just pay me the 450k. Its not reasonable for him to get to keep the sword and just pay for another one he has stolen it and is just using it to repay the 450k.

I was at giga farms just started farming yet apple saw that I had been farming for some time an that I was doing my own ereps and even asked at one point if I had ereps. Me thinking that he may need one I responded yes I do have ereps and I do offer my services to others, but when I replied he never responded , even though I didn't see him or anyone around I didn't think much about it ( this will be relevant in the end). So I kept farming and made my way up to the second floor and to about the 4th or 5th row and almost to the end I was farming and I just fell through a hole that was not there seconds before. Keep in mind there is still no one around at this point ( at least visble that is) I fell through an enclosed area of cobblestone which if you have ever farmed at gigafarms you would know that theres nothing but water under it so I immediately re-spawned and /home my way back and began searching for the hole. It took me a few mins as there was no hole so I went underneath to find about where it was and dug up and from that point there was 2 supermods and 1 mod looking at the log blocks and apples log it was proved that he did in fact make the trap and kill me with it and after doing so he closed it up and logged off.
After this he came back and in his ban appeal he acts all surprised like how could this happen blah blah blah but in my opinion ( im no expert guys just my opinion I have 3 brothers and a sister I know how the game is played always trying to get away with things) I think he over played it he didn't know what to say so he over played it by giving to much info on irrelevant topics like he decided to get up and surf the internet , no sorry this has nothing to do with your ban appeal, and the "and to my shock" im sorry but people that are in shock and actually cant comprehend why this happened don't say that.
And with his appeal he says that he will contact me immediately, no sorry bud you lied, he never once responded or tried to even work with me about the sword or has he yet to say dude im sorry about what happened or I don't know how this happened. I had to file a complaint on him to get him to say one word and it wasn't even to me it was to a mod.

If you let him all he did was get a three day ban but he now has the means to make money faster and gets away with killing me in no pvp area and gets to keep my sword.

There is no evidence that the sword is mine, but

Here is his complaint on someone not returning the sword to him. but I would just like to ask if he can prove who he got the sword from. I have asked around and looked on the forums for any trace of him buying one and with no trace of it now he has one? I just don't buy it.

Additional Information:voiD_yO I know this may not change anything but I figured id tag you and just let you know that the sword you returned to him yesterday I believe was mine there is no evidence yet to prove he bought it. He has my sword and has just chosen to use it to pay it back instead of giving me what he took back in the first place, and I think this is quite unfair seeing as now I have to wait a month before I can start making good money again, and now instead of him having to work his butt off to EARN ONE he gets to keep mine and get off scot free without more than a simple just pay him back and don't do it again.
