Felon Username: appleprocucling Complaint: The User appleprocucling killed me in a no pvp area while I was farming at gigafarms with a player trap when doing so I lost my melon sword and I believe he has it. I have tried messaging him on the forums the first day of his ban then last night when he was unbanned I mailed him trying to ask him to return it or replace it but last night after logging on he either logged off or went straight to /v and I could not message him. So I waited till this morning after seeing he was online I tried pm'ing him still no reply and even after seeing him chatting in global he still would not respond to me about the sword. Also in his ban appeal he said that he would contact me "as soon as possible" but he has not even replied once to my messages with this I feel the user knows what happened and committed this himself I have no evidence of this though either way I am not asking to have him banned just my sword replaced
There is proof that you, xNoxEscapexJase, had a melon sword and that you were in that melon farm with the intent to farm melons. It is clear that from appleprocucling's account and IP, combined with the block logs, that a player trap was made, and then covered up after your death. It is, at the consent of staff, a requirement that the sword be replaced, either with another sword, or with a sum of $450k ECD. appleprocucling, I would like your input on how long it will take you to comply with this.
Alright, I'm going to compromise on this, slightly, and allow 3 weeks for the repayment (so, less than the month, but more than two weeks, and should be ample times). The effective repay by date is: 11/16/13.
Then it is settled. Please, if necessary, file a new complaint if this agreement is not met by the deadline.
