Felon Username: ahreckshun Complaint: ahreckshun sold a town I was co-mayor of. However, this town was originally owned by death5un, the town being DeathGate. Evidence: (album with 9 screenshots) http://imgur.com/a/B9WzH#0 Additional Information: Deadly_Reaper PM'ed me and let me know that he had sold DeathGate, and that included my mansion. However, I am friends with Death5un and after talking to him, I found out that ahreckshun was not given the authority to sell the town. After talking to a supermod, I was told to post a complaint.

It was death5un, myself, ahreckshun, and a few others. But ahreckshun was not given the authority by the true owner to sell it.

Current facts: Ahreckshun sold town Death5un was main owner ahrecksun, and softly were comayors of the town Users who purchased the town didnt know about this. 3point14mp (he was talking to softly about this earlier) Left Unlocked for Smod+ to make decision
ahreckshun, I am going to give you 24 hours to provide evidence that you were given consent to sell the town Deathgate from death5un, the mayor.
as of yesterday i was told by my co owner softlypsychotic that my town had been sold by ahreckshun and had gotten authority by me to sell the town for profit, which in this case isnt true i have stopped playing ecc for a while mdue to my parents divorcing so i havent had the time to get on a lot if you show this to andrewkm to the matter i havent been on at all for a while to to check on minor stuff with the town, ahreckshun i never gave anyone authority to sell my town which i paid with my hard earned mining and farming, now if i did give authority id be calmer about this but im furious id like my town back in 3-5 days if not ill take this to mr.andrewkm, yes ahreckshun i gave you co owner ship, but only to help me out with my town to be fully built, but i never said anything about you owning it.
I am going to tag andrewkm in this, This goes beyond the power of moderators, please calmly wait until we can get this issue resolves.
To make things clear, ahreckshun has agreed to refund the town of Deathgate back to the original owners, and he has PM'd andrewkm on the forums to properly deal with the situation.
Town has been returned, if there are further issue's please file more complaints. Issue resolved ingame.
