Felon Username: AeroNY Complaint: I have loaned this player 50k expecting 85k back in a week and I was curious so I checked out his backround a bit and found out he was almost 300k in debt! I am very dissapointed in this and request that if he does not pay this sum back in a week that he be banned. I am saying this in advance because i am furious that he requested another loan if he is already in debt! No loan repayment yet from him to me. i also have a screen shot of me paying him the money, but i dont know how to post it on here. any help would be appreciated. He owes me about 25k in principal and another 5k in interest.

Dodos, I understand you are upset. Believe me when I say I was pretty mad as well when I found out he owed a lot of money to people, and I probably wouldn't get back a very large sum of money. I spoke with AeroNY Sunday evening(the evening his repayment was due) and he told me honestly what happened, and I believed him. I gave him an extra couple of days to repay the loan and he came through on his promise. I got my money. He has been unbanned with the promise of repaying people(*edit* no he is serving a short temp ban). Secondly, I am watching this situation very closely. I have already helped negotiate an extension with another player so AeroNY can get everyone repaid and not get banned again. We don't like having to ban people. Ever. Furthermore, you cannot file a complaint when the user still has 6 days to pay you back, and request us to ban him immediately if he has not paid you. Along those lines, you will need screenshot proof that you have paid the user, not just the contract. I ask that you give AeroNY a little time to keep farming and let him pay you back. If he does not pay you back in 6 days time, you are more than welcome to file another complaint for us to investigate, with the proper evidence.
